Return & Refund Policy

At GroundCam PRO™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

15-Day Returns

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories, packaging, and manuals.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your GroundCam PRO™ arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Our team will review your case and provide the best solution.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The item has been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • The product shows signs of excessive use.
  • Parts, accessories, or original packaging are missing.
  • The return request is made after the 15-day return window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must go through our standard return process.


Warranty

GroundCam PRO™ includes a 90-Day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Water damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications
